In most cases the profile review process is instantaneous. The reason why your profile is still showing as "awaiting review" is that we use an external KYC, compliance and anti-fraud regulator to assess profile verification. This regulator advises that some profiles require further manual review.
Once the manual review has been completed we can add your profile to a list that will be sent to our development team to either update your status as verified (which means you can start trading straight away) or reset your page so that you can provide complete and accurate details.
We do have to follow the profile verifications procedures in place to ensure the highest level of security for all accounts. The current time frame for the whole manual review and update process is 2-5 working days from when you submit your form.
Filling out all of your details correctly and in full can help speed up this process.
Make sure to include:
- Full first and last name as it appears on your government issues ID (which you will need for KYC level 2 once it is implemented)
- House/ apartment number, road address, suburb/area
- Province/ State/ Area
- Area Code/ Post Code
Each field must be accurately completed for your profile verification to be accepted.
