As a regulated financial service company, we are legally required to identify the users of our platform. This is to ensure we comply with the relevant KYC/AML laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate. Identity verification helps protect Dacxi users from theft or fraud and helps prevent abuse of the Dacxi platform.
First level KYC has now been implemented on the Dacxi Exchange.
To complete this there are two main steps which are detailed below.
First you must verify your phone and second you must verify your profile.
When you log in to your Dacxi Exchange account you can click the "Verify your Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then see these options:
Verify your phone
Click on the "Verify" button under "Verify your Phone". This will bring you to the below tab. Select your country and the country code will be auto-filled. Then enter your phone number.
(Make sure to input any area codes for your specific country.)
After doing this you click the "Send Verification Code" button and you should receive a text to your phone with a verification code.
Once you have received this code then input it here:
This step is now complete! If you receive any error message please take a screen shot and send it along with any other relevant details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Verify your Profile
Click over to the "Profile" tab and input all of the required details.
Make sure to include all of your most up to date information including
- First and Last name which appear in the government issued ID which you will use for your next stage of KYC (once this feature is available).
- Current house number, road address and suburb.
- Province/ State
- Area Code
(Make sure to provide the most up to date and accurate information as incorrect details may effect the time it takes for your KYC complete).
Once you have filled in this information please click the "Save and Verify" button. If it is successful then this will be almost instantaneous and you account will be verified to trade and withdraw.
If your KYC application results in an "In Review" status this means that your account has been added to a list for manual review. The time frame for this isn't set yet but it is expected that it may take 2-5 working days.
