In the case that you can't remember your password or are having trouble accessing your account you can use the following instructions to reset the password for your exchange account.
1. Visit the exchange website:
2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link which will bring you to this page:
3. Enter the email address which is linked to your exchange account and press the "Reset Password" button.
You will receive an email confirmation with a new link to change your password. Remember to check you junk folders.
4. Click on the "Reset Password" button in the email. (This reset link is only valid for one hour after receipt due to security reasons). Clicking the link will bring you through to this page:
5. Fill in your email address and new password and click on the "Reset Password" button. This will bring you back to the login page where you can enter your new details to access your account:
You will also receive another email confirming your password change.
